What each engagement includes
30-minute discovery call
Free. A confidential conversation to establish the type of service, your current stage, immediate concerns, the outcome you want and the most suitable next step. It does not include formal document review or detailed regulatory advice.

£350. A focused remote consultation with a senior consultant on registration strategy, service development, leadership arrangements, inspection concerns or immediate action planning. A written summary of the principal recommendations is included.
Retainer and mentoringHalf-day and full-day consultancy
£750 and £1,250. Senior strategy meetings, leadership coaching, registration preparation, defined compliance assignments, on-site consultancy, interviews, independent investigations and governance reviews.
Executive consultancyChildren's home readiness review
£2,950. One full day on site, review of documentation, environment, safeguarding, workforce and records, mock regulatory questioning, a red, amber and green readiness assessment, a prioritised action plan and a follow-up within 30 days.
Readiness reviewsSupported accommodation readiness review
From £3,500. Assessment against the Quality Standards, provider-level governance and Nominated Individual oversight review, sampling visits to agreed premises, a written readiness report and a prioritised improvement plan. Price depends on the number, type and spread of premises.
Readiness reviewsRegistration guidance package
From £6,500. For providers completing much of the work internally. Registration roadmap, documentation checklist, application document review, leadership preparation, two mock interview sessions and a final readiness consultation.
Registration and mobilisationRegistration and mobilisation support
From £14,500. End-to-end support across six phases: strategic foundations, property and location, registration documentation, leadership and workforce, operational mobilisation and final readiness.
Registration and mobilisation90-day improvement programme
From £15,000. Four stages across 90 days: diagnostic review, recovery plan, implementation support and assurance, ending with an updated readiness rating and a final leadership report.
Improvement and recoveryMonthly advisory retainer
From £3,000 a month. Minimum initial term three months. One scheduled on-site day, a senior leadership review, remote advice, audit review, a monthly governance summary and priority access to additional consultancy.

- Travel and accommodation may be charged separately
- Strategic consultations are payable in advance
- One-off consultancy days are payable in advance
- Fixed programmes are normally invoiced in agreed stages
- Typically 50 per cent on appointment, 25 per cent at the midpoint, 25 per cent before the final review
- Additional work requires written approval

- Surveying and financial due diligence
- HR and accountancy advice
- A guarantee of registration
- A guarantee of the timing of a regulatory decision
