For providers requiring continuing senior support. Minimum initial term is three months.

Additional visits, investigations, extensive document production and formal training are quoted separately.
One-off senior input
Not every question needs a retainer. Sometimes an hour and a half with a senior consultant is enough.
Strategic consultation
£350 plus VAT. A focused 90-minute remote consultation, with a written summary of the principal recommendations included. Suitable subjects include:

- Nominated Individual arrangements
- Manager preparation
- Inspection concerns
- Compliance matters
- Organisational growth
- Leadership challenges
- Immediate action planning
Executive consultancy
Half day £750, full day £1,250, plus VAT. Suitable for senior strategy meetings, leadership coaching, registration preparation, defined compliance assignments, on-site consultancy, interviews, independent investigations, governance reviews and improvement planning.
Substantial document production or reporting is quoted separately unless expressly included in the agreed scope.
