What we will not do

We support providers who genuinely want to improve. We do not help organisations disguise poor practice, and we may refuse or withdraw from work where serious safeguarding, integrity or professional concerns are not addressed.

Consultancy does not guarantee a specific inspection outcome, and it does not transfer responsibility. The provider remains accountable for its service and its regulatory compliance throughout.
